​To make your time with SUN COACH LIMOUSINES an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following:

SUN COACH LIMOUSINES will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U. S. law enforcement agencies have the authority to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeurs’ knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are expressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned and operated by SUN COACH LIMOUSINES.

SUN COACH LIMOUSINES will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion , at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

THE PURCHASER  AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF:

            (1) $ 10.00 per broken glassware, $25.00 per damaged or lost CD/ DVD/ IPOD CORD
                         (2) $100.00 per minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
                         (3) $200.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
                         (4) $200.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior) 
                         (5) $225.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
                         (6) $175.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
                         (7) $125.00 minimum for smoke disinfecting 
          (8) Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle
          (9) Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract​
 

SUN COACH LIMOUSINES recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damage articles.

SUN COACH LIMOUSINES reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above request, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. All deposits (cash or credit card authorization) are non-refundable. The authorize cardholder for the given credit card is responsible for the payment of the total due , per cash, credit card or money order. No personal or business checks will be accepted. As with all contracts, all of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without SUN COACH LIMOUSINES’ acceptance.

If the contract is cancelled within 72 hours of said booking,  SUN COACH LIMOUSINES is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full. 

SUN COACH LIMOUSINE cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. Transfer jobs are priced for immediate pickup/drop-off, no wait time is included, no usage of bar or drinks/food etc.. Base price is simple transportation. The overtime for transfer s will be bill by ¼ of hourly rate or ¼ or transfer charge. If customer fails to show at designated pick up location and does not inform office and/or driver, the full amount of the contracted time will be charged. The purchaser authorizes SUN COACH LIMOUSINES to charge any additional charges after they rendered services to the purchasers’ credit card supplemental charge.

A 15% gratuity will be added to your total charge if no gratuity is specified by the renter. Customer agrees to have SUN COACH LIMOUSINES get the authorization for the above credit card and the amount, for the event stated above.

SUN COACH LIMOUSINE shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) act of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. If the limousine rental is to be for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
