Dear SunCoach Just a quick to note of our appreciation for your services. It was found to be exceptional! Jerry was wonderful from before us even meeting. Upon arriving at the airport, he called me before I even got my baggage to notify me of the switch in the type of vehicle that would be picking my mom and I up. Also, due to the fact that my cell phone was giving me problems, my husband who was in Ohio notified your company of my moms cell # to reach me. Everything went uneventful. The drive was nice, and Jerry was courteous and very pleasant to chat with. The only reason I did not call for a ride back to the airport was because my mother in law insisted on seeing us off and wanted to drive us. Otherwise, we knew exactly who to call. I truly enjoyed the fact that they worked with me to make my husband’s return home from Iraq amazing! The flight was bumped up by three hours yet they managed to take care of other clients and still accommodate me.This was our first time in a limo and it was an awesome experience! Their customer service is uncomparable and I felt appreciated and well taken care of. I WILL use them again. Very professional yet down to earth.
